On ascolour.com we ship nationwide in the United States and Canada. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

And we ship nationwide in Australia on ascolour.com.au
Delivery Cost

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

Free Shipping over $500
Spend $500 (excl. Sales Tax) to qualify for free standard freight.

Delivery Time
AS Colour only guarantees overnight shipping. All other shipping speeds are subject to potential UPS delays. Please place your orders accordingly.
 
Most in stock, credit-approved, orders received by 2:00 pm local time where order is being shipped from, will be processed the same day.
 
Note: If you order from more than one of our warehouses, the delivery days of your order may vary unless an expedited freight service is selected.
 
You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.
 
Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will cancelled.
Tracking

Your order tracking number will be emailed to you directly from UPS at close of business day.

On Delivery of Goods
Please check received goods against packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.
This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated as picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can replace but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items for an exchange or credit.
 
All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a completed returns form, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
You are entitled to choose an exchange, repair, refund or credit according to the Consumer Guarantees Act if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, descriptions, is unsafe or faulty.
If no notice to is given within 30 days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion if a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. 
 
Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Underwear is not eligible for exchange or credit on return. Socks are not eligible for exchange or credit once removed from packaging.
If you have received Faulty or incorrectly supplied items please contact support@ascolour.com
 
Unless faulty, you’re responsible for the shipping costs to return garments to us.

The Deal Returns
Items purchased as part of “THE DEAL” cannot be refunded or credited individually. However, we offer exchange options for
any specific item/s within the deal;
  1. Choose to swap for an item of the same value
  2. Items with a higher value will require an additional payment to cover the price difference (less 25%)
  3. Items with a lower value will have a credit or refund provided for the price difference (less 25%)
 
 
**Previous Deal / Deluxe returns (Purchased before 13/6/23)**
Items purchased in The Deal/Deluxe Deal can only be swapped for an item of a similar value.
Refunds or credits will not be given for any price difference between the original retail price of items exchanged in The Deal, The Deluxe Deal.
